Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Senior Executive - NOC Engineer located in Mumbai. The Senior Executive - NOC Engineer will be responsible for managing and monitoring the performance and availability of network systems. Daily tasks include network administration, troubleshooting network issues, providing technical support, and ensuring network security. The role requires working closely with other teams to maintain optimal network performance and address any issues promptly.

Qualifications

• Experience in Network Operations Center (NOC) and Network Administration
• Proficient in Troubleshooting and providing Technical Support
• Knowledge of Network Security protocols and best practices
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
• Relevant certifications (e.g., Cisco, Juniper) are a plus
