Senior Executive- New Business-Logistics

We are hiring a dynamic Senior Executive Sales / New Business Development for our logistics operations in Jaipur, Jodhpur, and Bhilwara. The ideal candidate will identify new business opportunities, build strong client relationships, and achieve sales targets in the assigned territories.

Key Responsibilities:

• Generate new leads and acquire customers in Jaipur, Jodhpur, and Bhilwara.

• Develop and implement sales strategies to meet revenue and customer acquisition goals.

• Conduct client meetings, understand logistics needs, and offer customized solutions.

• Prepare proposals, negotiate pricing, and finalize contracts.

• Maintain sales pipeline, update CRM, and provide regular sales reports.

• Collaborate with operations and customer service teams for seamless onboarding.

• Analyze market trends and competitor activities.

Desired Candidate Profile:

• Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, Logistics, or a related field.

• 3-6 years of sales experience in logistics, transportation, freight, or supply chain.

• Strong network in local industries like textiles, marble, manufacturing, retail, etc.

• Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.

• Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.

Fluency in Hindi and English; local dialect knowledge is a plus.

Willingness to travel extensively within Jaipur, Jodhpur, and Bhilwara.
