Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities :

Develop, establish, and maintain robust 3D organoid cultures derived from patient tumor samples, with a strong focus on lung, liver, pancreas, or head & neck cancers.
Optimize and standardize protocols for generation, expansion, and long-term maintenance of patient-derived organoids to accurately mimic in vivo tumor architecture and microenvironment.
Perform advanced characterization of organoids using viability assays, immunofluorescence, confocal microscopy, and molecular profiling techniques (qPCR, RNA-seq, etc.).
Design and execute functional assays to assess drug and mRNA-based vaccine responses in organoid models, supporting personalized cancer treatment strategies.
Collaborate closely with multidisciplinary teams, including immunologists, molecular biologists, and bioinformaticians, to evaluate immunogenicity and therapeutic efficacy of personalized vaccine candidates.
Develop organoid biobanks to enable high-throughput screening and comparative studies across different patient cohorts and cancer types.
Maintain meticulous records of all experimental procedures and findings, and contribute actively to internal reports and peer-reviewed publications.
Ensure adherence to biosafety, ethical standards, and quality control guidelines throughout organoid culture and experimental workflows.
