As a Senior Executive in Learning & Development at Stayvista, your role will be crucial in crafting exceptional training programs for our on-ground staff, focusing on housekeeping and service roles. You will play a key part in ensuring that our team members possess the necessary skills, knowledge, and confidence to consistently deliver outstanding guest experiences while maintaining the highest standards of service and cleanliness across all our properties. **Key Responsibilities:** - Develop and deliver effective training modules for teams specializing in housekeeping, guest services, and villa management. - Collaborate with Villa Managers and Stay Experience Managers to identify skills gaps and design customized training interventions for specific property requirements. - Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs through performance assessments, participant feedback, and direct observation. - Possess a strong understanding of housekeeping standards, guest service protocols, and villa management best practices. - Ability to train blue-collar and entry-level workers using simple, practical methods. - Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi (proficiency in regional languages is an added advantage). - Minimum 3-5 years of experience in hospitality operations or training (hotels, resorts, homestays, or training institutes). - Hold a Bachelor's degree in Hospitality, Hotel Management, Learning & Development, or a related field. - Perform tasks supporting Owner and Guest Management based on organizational requirements. **Qualifications Required:** - Experience with On-Ground Training in Remote or Multi-Location Setups is a bonus.
