Job Overview
As a Senior Executive - IT, strive to create value in various areas within the IT function such as automation, project implementation, applications etc.
Key Roles & Responsibilities
- Liaise between business teams, vendors, and IT to translate requirements into effective technical solutions.
- Manage 3PL data operations, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and timely issue resolution.
- Oversee daily file management for sales, inventory, and other operational data in coordination with 3PL partners.
- Collaborate with the reporting vendor team to define priorities, validate KPIs, and deliver dashboards and reports.
- Support, monitor, and develop solutions within Azure and AWS environments, handling pipeline failures, performance optimization, and cost control.
- Coordinate with IT Compliance and Information Security teams to maintain adherence to organizational standards.
- Drive process automation, efficiency improvements, and technology integration across business functions.
- Continuously enhance technical expertise and align with company values of Knowledge, Action, Care, and Impact.
Preferred Skills
- Strong business analysis and requirement-gathering capabilities across functions such as Finance, SCM, and Sales.
- Proven experience in vendor and stakeholder management, especially coordinating with 3PL partners for data and operational alignment.
- Proficiency in Azure and AWS for pipeline development, monitoring, maintenance, and cost optimization.
- Skilled in data analytics and reporting using Qlik, SQL, and exposure to Snowflake.
- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum and Waterfall methodologies.
- Understanding of ERP, BI, and Information Security practices.
- Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving, and communication skills with the ability to manage priorities effectively.
