Job Description

Role & responsibilities

1. VMware & Virtualization:

Manage and maintain VMware environments and other server/application virtualization platforms.
Monitor performance and ensure high availability of virtual servers and resources.
Plan and execute virtualization upgrades and capacity planning.

2. Active Directory & Storage Management:

Administer and maintain Active Directory, including user and group management, GPOs, and domain policies.
Manage enterprise storage solutions (NetApp / DELL EMC), including provisioning, maintenance, and monitoring.
Ensure data availability, redundancy, and backup/recovery processes.

3. Office 365 Administration:

Manage Office 365 services including Exchange Online (email), OneDrive for Business, Microsoft Teams, and SharePoint Online.
Handle user onboarding/offboarding, licenses, and permissions.
Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Office 365 services and integrations.

4. Firewall & Network Security:

Configure, monitor, and maintain network firewalls (especially Palo Alto).
Implement and manage firewall rules and policies.
Monitor network security and respond to security incidents or breaches.
