Job Description

Assist in preparing daily/weekly stock plans based on sales trends and category inputs.
Raise and track replenishment requests for fast-moving SKUs.
Monitor inventory levels at stores and warehouses to prevent stock-outs.
Execute stock allocation for new store openings, campaigns, and promotions as directed by the Manager or Category team.
Maintain records for non-moving, damaged, or return stock for corrective actions.
Coordinate with vendors for timely delivery of purchase orders and track supplier lead times, delivery schedules, and quality issues.
Provide data support for Category and Managers decision-making and work closely with the warehouse team for product transfers and replenishments.
Offer operational support to retail and e-commerce teams on stock-related queries.

Job Requirements

Graduate in Business, Commerce, Supply Chain, or a related field.
2-5 years of experience in product/inventory planning analysis or supply chain.
Hands-on experience with inventory systems or ERP tools.
Strong Excel and data analysis skills.
Attention to detail and accuracy in handling high-value inventory.
Ability to work cross-functionally with vendors, warehouse, retail, and category teams.
Process-oriented and organized in daily execution.
Language required English (native speaker) and Kannada OR Hindi (native speaker).
