1. Inward Material Inspection forgings (for forged valves) & investment casting for QM lot Clearance based on inspection of the products and documents.
2. MDR and Quality plan updating in SAP for newly created material codes
1. Perform Quality Inspections Based on QM lot Pending List
2. Review of Supplier Documentation and Technical Standards Compliance
3. SAP Data Entry for MTC and NDT Parameters
4. Initiate Non-Conformance Reports (NCRs) for supplier-related quality issues
5. Monitoring of Repetitive Issues at Inward Stage.
6. QM lot Cleared on time
7. MDR and Quality plan updating in SAP for newly created material codes.
Functional:

- Knowledge on QMS
- NDT Qualification ASNT Level II in RT,PT,UT,MPI,VT.
