Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Senior Executive Human Resources Administration position, based in Dhanaura. The Senior Executive will be responsible for managing HR operations, developing and maintaining HR policies, fostering employee relations, and overseeing overall HR management. Daily tasks include administering employee benefits, maintaining compliance with labor regulations, ensuring smooth onboarding and offboarding processes, and addressing any HR-related issues or queries.
