Senior Executive Horticulture - Kurnool Location

Position Overview: The Horticulture Executive is responsible for overseeing the planning, development, and maintenance of Existing site. This role involves managing teams, contract workers, ensuring sustainable practices, and enhancing the aesthetic and ecological value of landscapes.

Role & responsibilities

Supervise horticultural staff, providing training and guidance.

Managing staff and delegation & Allocation of day-to-day Responsibility. Handling around 30+ horticultural workers.

Use and implementation of agrochemicals and other pesticides.

Foster a collaborative team environment.

Assess site conditions and select appropriate plant species and developing.

Understanding of the landscaping considering the type and nature of Soil.

Knowledge of Fruits, flower and other species plantation

Develop and oversee maintenance schedules for gardens and landscapes. Ensure the health and longevity of plant materials through proper care and management.

Good knowledge on fruit crops and their management at farm lands.

Prepare and manage budgets for horticultural projects. Analyse costs and identify cost-effective solutions.

Stay updated on industry trends, new plant varieties, and best practices.

Develop and oversee maintenance schedules for irrigation network.

Develop and oversee maintenance organically grow for agriculture.

Preferred candidate profile

Graduation in Horticulture/Agriculture
Should have 3-5 Years of Experience as Horticulturist in Real Estate Industry
