Senior Executive - Graphic Designer

Role Overview: You will be joining GladOwl, a leading digital marketing agency in Pune, as a Graphic Designer. Your role will involve collaborating with clients and internal teams to create innovative design solutions for various digital and print platforms. From conceptualization to final execution, you will be instrumental in bringing client visions to life through your creativity and attention to detail. Key Responsibilities: - Collaborate with clients and internal teams to understand project objectives, requirements, and brand guidelines. - Conceptualize and develop creative design solutions aligned with client objectives and target audience demographics. - Create visually appealing assets such as logos, branding materials, marketing collateral, and social media graphics. - Produce high-quality designs with accuracy and consistency across all deliverables. - Utilize industry-standard design software to efficiently execute projects. - Stay updated with emerging design trends and technologies to enhance skills and relevance in the field. - Present design concepts to clients, incorporate feedback for refinement, and manage multiple projects simultaneously within deadlines. - Maintain organized files and project documentation for easy reference and updates. Qualification Required: - Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or related field (or equivalent work experience). - Proven experience as a Graphic Designer, preferably in a design agency or creative studio. - Strong portfolio demonstrating creativity, technical proficiency, and design aesthetics. - Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and other relevant design software. - Excellent communication and presentation skills to articulate ideas effectively. - Detail-oriented with a commitment to delivering high-quality work on time and within budget. - Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. - Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities while maintaining a positive attitude. - Knowledge of print production processes and specifications is a plus. - Passion for design and a willingness to continuously learn and grow in the field.,
