Senior Executive - Graphic Designer

Role Overview: You will be joining GladOwl, a leading digital marketing agency in Pune, as a Graphic Designer. Your role will involve collaborating with clients and internal teams to understand project objectives, conceptualizing and developing creative design solutions, creating visual assets for various platforms, staying updated with design trends, presenting design concepts to clients, managing multiple projects, and maintaining organized project documentation. Key Responsibilities: - Collaborate with clients and internal teams to understand project objectives, requirements, and brand guidelines. - Conceptualize and develop creative design solutions aligned with client objectives and target audience demographics. - Create compelling visual assets such as logos, branding materials, marketing collateral, social media graphics, etc. - Produce high-quality designs with attention to detail, accuracy, and consistency. - Utilize industry-standard design software to execute projects efficiently. - Stay up-to-date with emerging design trends, techniques, and technologies. - Present design concepts to clients and stakeholders, incorporating feedback for enhancements. - Manage multiple projects simultaneously while adhering to deadlines. - Maintain organized files and project documentation for easy reference. Qualifications Required: - Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or related field (or equivalent work experience). - Proven experience as a Graphic Designer, preferably in a design agency or creative studio environment. - Strong portfolio demonstrating creativity, technical proficiency, and design aesthetics. - Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc.) and other relevant design software. - Excellent communication and presentation skills. - Detail-oriented with a commitment to delivering high-quality work on time and within budget. - Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. - Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities while maintaining a positive attitude. - Knowledge of print production processes and specifications is a plus. - Passion for design and a desire to continuously learn and grow in the field.,
