Senior Executive - EXIM

The Senior Executive - EXIM at Gujarat Fluorochemicals Ltd. will be responsible for overseeing Export operations, Custom Clearance, coordinating with Logistics & Sales admin team, Documentation, and MIS. Key Responsibilities include: - Preparing Pre & Post Shipment documentation. - Coordinating with Sales team/Plant/S/Lines/Forwarder/CHA operations team for ensuring smooth mobilization. - Ensuring correct Documentation throughout pre-shipment/post-shipment processes. - Invoice & SLI preparation and circulation till B/L draft approval. - Arranging S/lline debit notes and obtaining Deviation approvals. - Following up for BL surrender, EGM/IGM Monitoring. - Advance cargo declaration & arranging COO/Legalization. - Providing Shipment advice to the customer. - Handling MIS & other related activities to ensure cost-effective operations/documentation. Educational Qualifications: - Minimum Qualification - Any Graduate - Preferred Qualification - Diploma in EXIM/MBA is preferred Skills Required: - Good knowledge of MS Office, SAP. - Commitment towards work and meeting deadlines. - Strong Communication & analytical skills. - Knowledge of statutory compliances against DGFT/Customs. - SAP experience is an added advantage. Experience: - Total Experience - 4-6 years in Multi Modal EXIM Operations. - Relevant experience - 4-6 years in Multi Modal EXIM Operations.
