(Payroll, Compliance & Legal) Job Title:Sr. Executive Position ( Payroll, Compliance& Legal)Department:Human Resources & General AdministrationReporting to:Sr. Manager HR & GAJob Location:Enkei Wheels (India) Limited, PuneJob Purpose:To manage key functions of Human Resources and General Administration, ensuring timely payroll and statutory compliances, employee welfare, vendor management, and facility operations. The role also supports recruitment, employee engagement, and implementation of HR policies.Key Roles & Responsibilities:1 Ensure Attendance from all Plant HR 2 Recovery updation Salary Advance, various bank loans, LIC, Uniform, Safety shoes, Society deduction, Union contribution, Mediclaim premium, mobile, Canteen, Income tax etc.3 Monthly Payroll processing 4 Reports- paysheet, payslip, PF report, PT report, MLWF report, LIC deduction, Bank loan deduction etc.5 Statutory Compliances visiting to PF office/treasury/PT/L WF/stastical information/6 To submit data regarding bonus, gratuity & leave provision to Finance Department.7 Preparing & sending Full & Final statement to Finance Department.8 Preparation of attendance related data for MIS,CMP,DIS9 Insurance Addition deletion of employee for mediclaim & GPA policy.10 Maintaining personal files of all employees 11 Preparation of Gratuity statement (settlement cases)12 New comers Enrolment 13 Payroll Checking ,Statutory Compliance Domestic Enquiry, All admin related bills checking, Weekly Report, Mission Report, HR Data, Attending MD & Safety Patrol,MRM presentation, HR & Legal presentation, FCR Presentation,8R Presentation,5s Presentation, Medicaid GPA, GMC Addition & Deletion Full & Final checking, PF, ECR, ESIC & PT data checking,14 Probation & Confirmation Letter, Cross checking of contract labour bills, Meeting with various authorities,15 Preparing various notices, Attending seminar at outside, Visit to various Govt. Office. -Co-ordination with local & state govt. dept., Contract manpower managementKey Skills Required:- Strong knowledge of labour laws and HR practices- Good communication and negotiation skills- Proficiency in MS Office and HR software tools- Leadership, time management, and attention to detailEducational Qualification & Experience:MBA/PGDM/MSW in HR or equivalent with 810 years of relevant experience in manufacturing industry, preferably in IR & GA domain.Handover Note:A detailed handover will be provided including soft copies of documents, vendor contacts, compliance checklists, and current status of ongoing tasks. Support will be extended to the new incumbent during transition for smooth knowledge transfer.
