Accounts Payable: Timely processing of vendor payments with special focus on MSMEs, vendor reconciliation, and master data management. Audit and Financial Reporting: Coordination for internal and external audits, preparation of schedules, and responding to auditor queries. Job Purpose / Role Ensure highest customer satisfaction and develop desired perception of the organisation through effective management of Customer Relationships in close coordination with Business Oevelopment, Operations and Key Customer Functions resulting in, highest ratings, increased business and profitability. Key Responsibilities: Create a sales pipeline. Negotiate pricing with customers, and suppliers in some cases. Carry out sales forecasts and analysis and present your findings to senior management. Identify new business opportunities - including new markets, groMh areas, trends, customers, products and services. Seek out the appropriate contact in an organization. Generate )eads and cold call prospective customers. Understand the needs of your customers and be able to respond effectively with a plan of how to meet these. Think strategically - seeing the bigger picture and setting aims and objectives in order to develop and improve the business. Calculate client quotations and administer client accounts. Provide pre-sales technical assistance and product education. Work on after-sales support services and provide technical back up as required. Arrange and carry out product training. Analyze costs and sales. Make technical presentations and demonstrate how a product meets client needs. Liaise with other members of the sales team and other technical experts. Educational Qualifications: BE/ B Tech Technical Diploma / master's degree in management Essential : 6-10 years of experience in business development, sales, or account management within the injection moulding or plastic packaging industry Exposure : Injection Moulding / Plastic Packaging Suitability: Should have exposure of plant / Manufacturing environment and OEM customer handling.
