Background & Experience:

• Total work experience of min 5 to max upto 8 years, out of which min 3 years of experience predominantly in chemical / petrochemical /fertilizer industry.
• Atleast 2 - 3 years he should have functioned independently in Electical Dept. and reporting to the Head - Electrical.
• A young, proactive team player, focused on delivering strong result against set goals.
• Excellent communication skills is must.

Job Responsibilities:

1. Primary Role:

• Prepare & track annual electrical budget for the year.
• Plan preventive/ prediction & annual shutdown activities in accordance with allocated budget
• Listing critical equipment in the plant and designing preventive maintenance plan to avoid any untimely breakdown of critical equipment.
• Basic design of electrical systems or components that minimize electrical energy requirement.
• Planning of preventive and predictive maintenance of the plant.

2. Check(Study/Analyse):

• Monitor energy consumption of the plant on a daily basis.
• Manage and monitor Electrical Power Distribution system of the plant.
• Monitor the performance of HVAC systems.
• Investigate equipment failures or difficulties to diagnose faulty operation and implement the remedial actions as recommended by chief Engineer.

3. Do(Execute):

• Generate PR, maintenance service orders in ERP system, periodic review of critical inventory items etc.
• Coordinate with other sections as well as govt agencies such as MSEB/ PWD Electrical Inspector office as and when required.
• Prepare MIS, ISO documentation, equipment history cards
• Execute the equipment PM schedules in co-ordination with interested parties (production, other sections) as per PM calendar.
