Job Description

Senior Executive - Debt Management Services - SME
Job Purpose
To achieve the assigned branch's Debt Management Services targets while ensuring monthly target fulfillment within the specified cost limits. Duties and Responsibilities

Achieve collections target by visiting customers/agency.

Monitor performance against set parameters and provide regular updates.

Ensure legal guidelines are complied with while repossessing products.

Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.

Provide regular reports on collection activities and performance.

Handle escalations promptly and effectively to resolve issues.

Daily DRR (Daily Risk Report) management.

Develop and implement strategies to improve collection rates.

Case to case tracking.

Resolution as per AOP within agreed timelines.

Portfolio management.

Debt collection strategy.

Target achievement.

Regulatory compliance.

Reporting and analysis.

Risk management.

Team leadership.

Vendor management.

Coordinating with internal and external clients.

Required Qualifications and Experience

Experience in achieving collection targets through customer or agency visits.

Strong ability to monitor performance against parameters and provide updates.

Knowledge of legal compliance in product repossession.

Proficient in maintaining accurate customer interaction and transaction records.

Experience in reporting on collection activities and performance.

Effective escalation handling and issue resolution skills.

Understanding of DRR (Daily Risk Report) management.

Ability to develop collection improvement strategies.

Experience in case tracking and timely resolution as per AOP.

Portfolio management expertise.

Strong understanding of debt collection strategies and target achievement.

Knowledge of regulatory compliance in debt management.

Skills in reporting, analysis, and risk management.

Leadership experience in managing teams and vendors.

Excellent coordination with internal and external stakeholders.
