Senior Executive - Debt Management Services - Rural
Job Purpose
This position is open with Bajaj Finance. Duties and Responsibilities

Achieve Debt Management Services targets for the assigned branch, ensuring Performance Indicator (PI) targets are met.

Meet targets on the cost of Debt Management Services, ensuring PI targets are achieved within specified cost limits on a monthly basis.

Ensure full compliance with legal guidelines for the entire Debt Management Services structure.

Ensure all Debt Management Services agencies and executives adhere to the legal guidelines as per the law in force.

Ensure adherence to the Code of Conduct at all times.

Continuously monitor Debt Management Services agencies and executives to identify fraudulent practices and ensure no loss is incurred due to such activities.

Required Qualifications and Experience

Strong people management skills.

Demonstrated success and achievement orientation.

Excellent communication skills.

Effective negotiation skills.

Strong bias for action and ability to drive results in a high-performance environment.

Proven ability to lead from the front.

Excellent relationship management skills.

Affirmative nature, strong leadership skills, clarity of thought, and perseverance.

Exceptionally high motivational levels and must be a self-starter.

Working knowledge of computers.
