Senior Executive - Debt Management Services - Consumer
Job Purpose
This position is open with Bajaj Finance Ltd. Duties and Responsibilities

Achieve collection targets of the assigned branch, ensuring PI targets are met.

Meet targets on cost of collections, ensuring PI targets are achieved within specified cost limits on a monthly basis.

Ensure legal guidelines are complied with for the entire collection structure in both letter and spirit.

Ensure that collection agencies and executives adhere to legal guidelines provided by law in force.

Ensure adherence to the Code of Conduct.

Continuously monitor collection agencies and executives to identify fraudulent practices and ensure that no loss is incurred due to such activities.

Required Qualifications and Experience

People management skills.

Demonstrated success and achievement orientation.

Excellent communication skills.

Negotiation skills.

Strong bias for action and driving results in a high-performance environment.

Demonstrated ability to lead from the front.

Excellent relationship skills.

Affirmative in nature, strong leadership skills, clarity of thought, and perseverance.

Exceptionally high motivation levels and needs to be a self-starter.

Working knowledge of computers.
