Senior Executive - Debt Management Services - Consumer
Job Purpose
The Debt Management Specialist will be responsible for managing and coordinating the recovery of overdue payments on loans or credit accounts. Duties and Responsibilities

Achieve collections targets by visiting customers and agencies.

Monitor performance against set parameters and provide regular updates.

Ensure legal guidelines are complied with while repossessing products.

Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.

Provide regular reports on collection activities and performance.

Handle escalations promptly and effectively to resolve issues.

Daily DRR (Daily Risk Report) management.

Develop and implement strategies to improve collection rates.

Case to case tracking.

Ensure resolution as per AOP within agreed timelines.

Portfolio management.

Debt collection strategy development and execution.

Target achievement.

Regulatory compliance.

Reporting and analysis.

Risk management.

Team leadership.

Vendor management.

Coordinating with internal and external clients.

Required Qualifications and Experience

Proven experience in debt management, collections, or a related field.

Strong understanding of regulatory compliance and legal guidelines in debt recovery.

Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

Ability to manage multiple cases and prioritize effectively.

Demonstrated experience in risk management and reporting.

Proficiency in portfolio management and debt collection strategies.

Leadership and vendor management experience is preferred.

Ability to coordinate with internal and external stakeholders.
