Senior Executive - Debt Management Services - Consumer
Job Purpose
The Debt Management Specialist will be responsible for managing and coordinating the recovery of overdue payments on loans or credit accounts. Duties and Responsibilities

Achieve collections target by visiting customers or agencies.

Monitor performance against set parameters and provide regular updates.

Ensure legal guidelines are complied with while repossessing products.

Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.

Provide regular reports on collection activities and performance.

Handle escalations promptly and effectively to resolve issues.

Manage Daily DRR (Daily Risk Report).

Develop and implement strategies to improve collection rates.

Conduct case-to-case tracking.

Ensure resolution as per AOP within agreed timelines.

Portfolio management.

Debt collection strategy development.

Achieve assigned targets.

Ensure regulatory compliance.

Reporting and analysis.

Risk management.

Team leadership.

Vendor management.

Coordinate with internal and external clients.

Required Qualifications and Experience

Proven experience in debt collection or recovery services.

Strong knowledge of legal guidelines and regulatory compliance related to debt management.

Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

Ability to analyze and report on collection activities.

Demonstrated ability to handle escalations and resolve issues efficiently.

Experience in managing teams and coordinating with vendors or agencies.

Strong organizational and portfolio management skills.
