Job Description

Senior Executive - Debt Management Services - Consumer
Job Purpose
The Debt Management Specialist will be responsible for managing and coordinating the recovery of overdue payments on loans or credit accounts. Duties and Responsibilities

Achieve collections target by visiting customers or agencies.

Monitor performance against set parameters and provide regular updates.

Ensure legal guidelines are complied with while repossessing products.

Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.

Provide regular reports on collection activities and performance.

Handle escalations promptly and effectively to resolve issues.

Daily DRR (Daily Risk Report) management.

Develop and implement strategies to improve collection rates.

Case-to-case tracking.

Resolution as per AOP within agreed timelines.

Portfolio management.

Debt collection strategy.

Target achievement.

Regulatory compliance.

Reporting and analysis.

Risk management.

Team leadership.

Vendor management.

Coordinating with internal and external clients.

Required Qualifications and Experience

Proven experience in debt collection or debt management services.

Strong understanding of regulatory guidelines and compliance in collections.

Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

Experience in portfolio management and case tracking.

Demonstrated ability to achieve collection targets and manage escalations.

Ability to develop and implement effective collection strategies.

Strong reporting and analytical skills.

Leadership abilities and experience managing teams and vendors.

Proficiency in coordinating with both internal and external stakeholders.
