Position Overview Algorithms are seeking dynamic and highly motivated individuals with significant experience to join our growing team, who would be responsible for implementing and providing support for Xpedeon (Accounting solutions) while ensuring consistency with the company’s strategy, commitments, and goals. This role uses consulting skills, business knowledge, and expertise in the software to understand requirements, configure, train, and implement Xpedeon. It also aims to enhance the clients’ business practices and overall performance, while maintaining a high degree of customer satisfaction. The consultant will work onsite with clients to ensure that the system meets the client’s business needs. Duties And Responsibilities Implement Xpedeon according to our standard implementation methodology “Xpedite” Analyze business processes and provide solutions using Xpedeon Gather customer requirements and conduct a gap analysis Coordinate with the Development team on solution design and validation Advise customers on moving from legacy Finance and Accounts systems to a fully integrated Xpedeon solution. This would require a sound understanding of accounting standards, audit compliance, and controls as well as taxation as well as restructuring of the Chart of Accounts. Perform system configuration, core user acceptance and training, data migration strategy, and testing Provide core user training and support Ensure that all documentation (such as Minutes, etc.) is meticulously drafted and circulated Assist the Project Manager / Project Management Office with project status reports Participate in project reviews Be part of driving the project lifecycle for timely and effective implementation of the system Assist in Pre-sales support and demonstration of Xpedeon Ensure knowledge of new features in Xpedeon Core Competencies Strong communication, presentation, and writing skills Strong interpersonal, organizational, and teamwork skills Ability to quickly absorb and understand business processes Ability to think creatively and come up with innovative solutions to business problems Self-motivated and confident Able to multi-task and work with deadlines Ability to translate technical information to non-technical individuals is essential, as well as the ability to present this to a range of audiences in a clear, concise, and appropriate manner. Practical knowledge of accounting processes in a complex environment. Conducting system testing, legacy data mapping, integration, and specification of non-standard enhancements. Educational Requirements Any Graduate with MBA in Finance/ C.A or Engineering Graduate (B.E / B. Tech – Civil or Mechanical) Any certifications in ERP package implementation would be an added advantage.
