Senior Executive - Debt Management Services - Consumer
Job Purpose
The Debt Management Specialist will be responsible for managing and coordinating the recovery of overdue payments on loans or credit accounts. Duties and Responsibilities

Achieve collections target by visiting customers/agency.

Monitor performance against set parameters and provide regular updates.

Ensure legal guidelines are complied with while repossessing products.

Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.

Provide regular reports on collection activities and performance.

Handle escalations promptly and effectively to resolve issues.

Daily DRR (Daily Risk Report) management.

Develop and implement strategies to improve collection rates.

Case to case tracking.

Resolution as per AOP within agreed timelines.

Portfolio management.

Debt collection strategy.

Target achievement.

Regulatory compliance.

Reporting and analysis.

Risk management.

Team leadership.

Vendor management.

Coordinating with internal and external clients.

Required Qualifications and Experience

Experience in achieving collections targets via customer/agency visits.

Ability to monitor performance and provide regular updates.

Knowledge of legal compliance related to repossession.

Experience in maintaining accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.

Expertise in preparing and presenting reports on collection activities.

Proven ability to handle escalations and resolve issues effectively.

Experience in daily DRR management.

Ability to develop and implement strategies to improve collection rates.

Strong case tracking and portfolio management skills.

Understanding of debt collection strategies and regulatory compliance.

Experience in reporting, analysis, and risk management.

Leadership experience in managing teams and vendors.

Excellent coordination skills with both internal and external clients.
