Job Description

Senior Executive - Debt Management Services - Consumer
Job Purpose
The Debt Management Specialist will be responsible for managing and coordinating the recovery of overdue payments on loans or credit accounts. Duties and Responsibilities

Achieve collections targets by visiting customers or agencies.

Monitor performance against set parameters and provide regular updates.

Ensure legal guidelines are complied with while repossessing products.

Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.

Provide regular reports on collection activities and performance.

Handle escalations promptly and effectively to resolve issues.

Daily DRR (Daily Risk Report) management.

Develop and implement strategies to improve collection rates.

Case-to-case tracking.

Resolution as per AOP within agreed timelines.

Portfolio Management.

Debt Collection Strategy.

Target Achievement.

Regulatory Compliance.

Reporting and Analysis.

Risk Management.

Team Leadership.

Vendor Management.

Coordinating with internal and external clients.

Required Qualifications and Experience

Proven experience in debt management or collection services.

Ability to achieve collection targets by engaging with customers or agencies.

Strong understanding of legal guidelines for debt recovery and repossession.

Experience in maintaining accurate records and providing regular activity reports.

Strong problem-solving skills to handle escalations and resolve customer issues.

Experience with Daily Risk Report (DRR) management.

Ability to develop and implement effective collection strategies.

Experience in portfolio management and regulatory compliance.

Strong analytical and reporting skills.

Demonstrated risk management abilities.

Team leadership and vendor management experience.

Excellent communication and coordination skills to work with internal and external stakeholders.
