Senior Executive - Debt Management Services - Consumer
Job Purpose
The Debt Management Specialist will be responsible for managing and coordinating the recovery of overdue payments on loans or credit accounts. Duties and Responsibilities

Achieve collections target by visiting customers or agencies.

Monitor performance against set parameters and provide regular updates.

Ensure legal guidelines are complied with while repossessing products.

Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.

Provide regular reports on collection activities and performance.

Handle escalations promptly and effectively to resolve issues.

Daily DRR (Daily Risk Report) management.

Develop and implement strategies to improve collection rates.

Case-to-case tracking.

Resolution as per AOP within agreed timelines.

Portfolio management.

Debt collection strategy.

Target achievement.

Regulatory compliance.

Reporting and analysis.

Risk management.

Team leadership.

Vendor management.

Coordinating with internal and external clients.

Required Qualifications and Experience

Proven experience in debt collection or recovery, preferably in consumer lending or related financial services.

Strong understanding of legal guidelines related to collections and repossessions.

Excellent communication and negotiation s.

Experience in portfolio management and debt collection strategy implementation.

Ability to analyze data and prepare comprehensive reports.

Demonstrated s in risk management and regulatory compliance.

Leadership abilities to manage teams and coordinate with vendors.

Strong organizational and time management s.
