Job Description

You are a dynamic and detail-oriented Senior Executive in Corporate Training Sales responsible for driving sales and business development activities for Management Development Programs. Your role involves identifying potential clients, developing sales strategies, and collaborating with internal teams to ensure successful program delivery. **Key Responsibilities:** - Business Development & Sales: Identify new business opportunities, generate leads, and convert them into confirmed MDP programs. - Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong client relationships for repeat business and referrals. - Market Research & Strategy: Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor analysis, and potential growth areas. - Sales Planning & Forecasting: Develop and implement sales plans, set targets, and provide accurate sales forecasts. - Collaboration & Coordination: Collaborate with the program team for customization and delivery as per client needs. - Reporting & Documentation: Maintain sales records and prepare reports on sales metrics. **Qualification & Key Skills Required:** - Bachelor's degree (preferably in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field). - Minimum 1-2 years of experience in B2B sales, business development, or educational program sales. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - Digital marketing expertise. - Strong negotiation skills & strategic thinking. - Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Excel, Word & PowerPoint) & CRM Software. - Result-oriented approach and go-getter attitude. **KPI's:** 1. Sales Target Achievement: Achieve monthly and annual sales targets. 2. Client Acquisition & Retention: Acquire a minimum of 3 new clients per quarter. 3. Revenue Growth: Increase revenue through strategic sales initiatives and cross-selling opportunities. 4. Client Satisfaction: Maintain a client satisfaction rate of 85% or above through effective relationship management and service delivery. The job is located at Goa Institute of Management, Poriem, Sattari, Goa 403505 and is a Full-time position with benefits including food, health insurance, life insurance, and provident fund.
