Description
Key Responsibilities: Conceptualize and write strategy-backed copy to support MobiKwiks brand and marketing objectives. Develop compelling copy for both long and short-form content across formats including posts, captions, stories, scripts, and product communications. Write high-performing, click-worthy copy for notifications, emailers, app banners, landing pages, newsletters, product updates, promotions, and transactional messages with clear accountability for improving CTRs and ORs. Create engaging, platform-relevant content for social media (Instagram, Facebook, X, LinkedIn) in line with brand tone and goals. Craft clear, concise, user-friendly copy for the MobiKwik app — including onboarding, feature descriptions, tooltips, labels, error messages, and other UI text. Collaborate closely with product managers, designers, developers, and marketers to deeply understand features and translate them into impactful, user- first copy across surfaces. Stay up to date with best practices for in-app messaging, email marketing, and push notifications. Own customer support content — including FAQs and Help Center articles — ensuring it is accurate, concise, and enables effective self-service. Work with the support team to identify recurring user pain points and proactively address them through content. Conduct thorough research to ensure factual accuracy and credibility across all content. Edit and proofread all content for clarity, tone, consistency, and grammatical accuracy. Required Qualifications and Skills: Bachelor’s degree in English, Journalism, Communications, Marketing, or a related field. 5–7 years of proven copywriting experience, preferably in consumer tech or digital-first businesses. Strong portfolio showcasing work across digital platforms and content formats. Excellent command of written English, with attention to tone, grammar, and detail. Ability to switch writing styles across platforms, formats, and user journeys. Collaborative mindset and excellent communication skills. Strong time management and multitasking skills to meet deadlines across simultaneous projects.
