Job Description

We are looking for a highly skilled and creative Project Specialist to join our team at Novartis Healthcare Pvt. Ltd. The ideal candidate will have excellent content creation skills and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Roles and Responsibility

Develop and implement project plans, timelines, and resource allocation to ensure successful project execution.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and mitigate risks, ensuring projects stay on track.
Create high-quality content, including reports, presentations, and other materials, to support project communication.
Coordinate and manage project meetings, taking minutes and following up on action items.
Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
Analyze project data to identify trends and areas for improvement, making recommendations for process enhancements.

Job Requirements

Bachelor's degree in any discipline; relevant certifications or training are an asset.
Proven experience in project management, preferably in a healthcare or related industry.
Excellent written and verbal communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and meet deadlines.
Strong analytical and organizational skills, with attention to detail and accuracy.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
