About the Team

Providing expert advice and ensuring compliance with laws. We handle everything from contract negotiations to risk management with a strategic, proactive approach. Their professionalism and clear communication help us navigate legal challenges effectively and align legal strategies with our business goals.

Role & Responsibility

Drafting agreements to meet business requirements.
Review and Negotiations for Agreements.
Day-to-day business support.
Undertaking execution of agreements and maintaining a repository of the same.
Providing support in creating templates for various business transactions from scratch.

What you will bring:

Ability to research and solve problems.
Good knowledge of Contracts and associated laws.
Ability to research and advise on laws.
Proficient in MS Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
Strong communication, interpersonal and project management skills.
Self-starter with excellent business discernment, legal acumen, and ability to work both cross functionally and independently.
Ability to manage and coordinate with stakeholders independently.

Key Deliverables

Managing the entire contract lifecycle management.
Maintaining standard contracting process and following protocols for internal contract review.
Drafting and review of Agreements licensing agreements, service agreements, leave and license agreements, vendor agreements, procurement agreements etc.
