Job Description

You will be responsible for managing and organizing departmental data and reports using Google Sheets and Microsoft Excel. You will prepare, maintain, and update records, databases, and spreadsheets for the office. Additionally, you will draft, review, and manage emails, correspondence, and documentation. Your key responsibilities will include: - Coordinating meetings and preparing minutes, as well as following up on action points. - Generating analytical reports using Excel formulas, VLOOKUP, HLOOKUP, and pivot tables. - Handling confidential information with discretion. - Liaising effectively with faculty, staff, and students for smooth departmental operations.
