Senior Executive - Audits

Job Description: As a Senior Executive - Audits at PGA & Co. Chartered Accountants in Chandigarh, you will play a crucial role in leading and conducting internal and statutory audits for clients from various industries. Your responsibilities will include planning and executing audit engagements, ensuring adherence to accounting and auditing standards, reviewing financial statements, identifying risks, and providing recommendations for process enhancements. Additionally, you will collaborate with clients and team members to ensure seamless audit operations, assist in preparing audit reports for senior management, stay abreast of changes in tax laws and financial regulations, and provide guidance to junior audit staff when necessary. To excel in this role, you should possess a CA Inter/Semi-Qualified CA designation with 2-3 years of relevant audit experience, preferably within a CA firm. A strong understanding of Accounting Standards, Companies Act, GST, Income Tax, and other regulatory frameworks is essential. Proficiency in MS Excel, Tally, and audit tools along with exceptional analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills will be beneficial. You must demonstrate the ability to work autonomously, manage multiple assignments effectively, and have a keen interest in pursuing a career in audits. Joining PGA & Co.
