Senior Executive/ Asst Manager Store and warehouse

As an Inventory Management and Warehouse Operations specialist, you will be responsible for receiving, inspecting, and storing pharmaceutical materials including raw, packaging, and finished goods in accordance with Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and regulatory guidelines. Your role will involve maintaining accurate stock records in the systems, conducting regular cycle counts, and physical stock audits to ensure inventory accuracy. It is crucial to monitor stock levels and coordinate replenishment activities to prevent shortages or overstock situations. In Warehouse Operations, you will oversee the proper storage conditions such as temperature, humidity, and segregation requirements for all products based on regulatory standards. Your duties will also include managing the loading/unloading processes and ensuring safe handling of materials to prevent any damage or contamination risks. Implementing First-Expired-First-Out (FEFO) or First-In-First-Out (FIFO) inventory movement strategies will be essential to maintain product quality and adhere to shelf-life compliance. Additionally, you will be responsible for coordinating dispatch and logistics operations to meet customer and internal timelines efficiently. Adherence to Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), Good Distribution Practices (GDP), and safety protocols is imperative in all warehouse activities. You will be expected to maintain various records such as Goods Received Notes (GRN), BIN cards, issue slips, and dispatch notes accurately. Ensuring compliance with audit requirements and providing support during internal and external audits will be part of your responsibilities. Your role will involve close coordination with production, quality control, procurement, and logistics teams to streamline operations effectively. Collaborating with the Quality Assurance (QA) department to manage quarantine, release, or rejection of materials as per SOPs is crucial. Furthermore, you will need to coordinate with transporters and suppliers to ensure timely movement of materials.
