System Administration Officer (IT)

Key Responsibilities:

• Install, configure, and maintain hardware (PCs, laptops, printers, routers, etc.).
• Monitor, manage, and troubleshoot CCTV camera systems and ensure video surveillance is operational.
• Provide technical support to staff for hardware and software-related issues.
• Install and maintain operating systems and application software across the organization.
• Perform regular maintenance and updates on systems and ensure all devices comply with company IT policies.
• Manage user accounts, permissions, and access control (Active Directory, etc.).
• Monitor network performance and troubleshoot connectivity issues.
• Ensure data backup and system security through antivirus, firewalls, and other security tools.
• Document IT procedures, system configurations, and support requests.
• Coordinate with vendors for repairs, replacements, or upgrades of IT equipment.
• Assist in the planning and implementation of IT projects and upgrades.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
