Job Description

MAIN PURPOSE OF JOB:

Distributor network development for CAR accessories like Seat covers, mats, roof rails etc.
Drive Primary sales with forging long term customer orientation and relationship
Drive brand awareness and secondary sales at retailers and car detailing shops
Market and sales development in sustainable manner

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES:

Accountable for the sustainable revenue and profitability growth.
Establishing distribution channel and support / drive sales team
Analyze competition activities and define suitable measures to reach sales growth
Identify newer avenues of business to reach targeted sales growth
To maintain relationship with customers and ensure quality & service norms to achieve their satisfaction and business retention
Handle customer complaints effectively to maintain service levels and product quality.
Co-ordinate with internal stake holders to meet customer requirements

SKILLS REQUIRED:

Should have good product knowledge CAR accessory products and market
Should have good relationship with prominent accessory distributors
Ability to convince the distributors and retailers
Planning and Organizing: Defining tasks and milestones to achieve objectives, while ensuring the optimal use of resources to meet those objectives.
Working collaboratively with others to achieve common goals and positive results.
Creative Thinking: Questioning conventional approaches, exploring alternatives and responding to challenges with innovative solutions or services, using intuition, experimentation and fresh perspectives.
Decision- Making: Ability to make decisions and solving problems involving varied levels of complexity, ambiguity and risk.
Analytical Thinking: Interpreting, linking, and analyzing information in order to understand issues.
