Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Drive process improvements identify inefficiencies in the sales workflow and recommend/implement corrective actions
Liaise with internal teams (marketing, operations, legal) to ensure smooth handovers and documentation.
Maintain and optimize the CRM/sales systems, ensure data accuracy and transparency
Generate regular and adhoc sales performance reports and dashboards; monitor key KPIs, identify trends or bottlenecks
Assist in preparing sales materials (presentations, proposals, dashboards) and support the Sales Head in decision-making
Provide training and onboarding for new sales/support staff on systems, tools and best practices
Ensure documentation/compliance standards are met for projects, units, clients and internal workflows
System & Data Management: Maintain CRM, ensure data integrity and usage compliance across the sales funnel
Process Coordination: Work across teams—sales consultants, site teams, marketing, finance—to map and manage workflows and ensure timely delivery
Enablement & Support: Develop and maintain sales collateral, manage project/unit listings, assist in preparing sales-meet presentations.
Continuous Improvement: Identify process gaps, propose enhancements (tools, workflows, data usage) and monitor the implementation of improvements.

Candidate Profile:

3–6 years of experience in a sales support or coordination role (preferably in real-estate or banks, wealth companies).
Excellent communication skills, strong coordination and organizational capability.
Comfortable with MS Excel, PPT, CRM tools, data entry, reporting.
Proactive mindset: able to identify bottlenecks and flag improvements.
