Senior Executive / Assistant Manager Business Development (Media Sales)

As a Senior Executive / Assistant Manager Business Development (Media Sales) at Boss Wallah Media, India's leading social media and production platform, you will play a crucial role in driving brand partnerships and digital media sales. With a focus on television, digital media, print media houses, or advertising agencies, you will be responsible for identifying potential clients, pitching media solutions, and closing deals. Your ownership of the sales process, from lead generation to deal execution, will involve close collaboration with the marketing and production teams. Key Responsibilities: - Identify and reach out to brands, agencies, and marketing decision-makers for digital media collaborations. - Present and pitch Boss Wallah's media network capabilities and brand integration opportunities. - Schedule and conduct meetings (online/offline) with potential clients. - Understand client objectives and create customized media proposals. - Negotiate commercials and close deals within expected timelines. - Work with internal creative and production teams to ensure smooth campaign delivery. - Maintain strong client relationships for repeat and long-term business. - Track market trends, competitor activities, and brand advertising spends. - Achieve monthly revenue and client acquisition targets. Required Experience & Skills: - 14 years of experience in media sales/brand partnerships/ad sales (TV, radio, digital, or media agencies). - Background in mandatory experience with media houses (TV, digital, or print). - Proven track record in meeting sales targets. - Excellent communication, client-facing, and negotiation skills. - Understanding of brand storytelling, digital media, and content-driven marketing. - Strong presentation skills and ability to work under tight deadlines.
