Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an ID & CMF Designer located in Gurugram. The ID & CMF Designer will be responsible for creating and developing innovative designs of smartphones and IoTs, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and ensuring design feasibility and technical requirements. Day-to-day tasks include conceptualizing design ideas, selecting colors and materials, and staying updated with industry trends to optimize product aesthetics and functionality.

Qualifications

• Design Skills: Expertise in industrial design, color, material, and finish (CMF) design
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite, CAD software, and 3D modeling tools
• Collaboration Skills: Ability to work with cross-functional teams including engineers, product managers, and marketing teams
• Innovation Skills: Strong creativity and innovation capabilities to come up with new ideas and solutions
• Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with the smartphone industry and current design trends
• Experience: A bachelor's degree in Industrial Design, Product Design, or a related field, and relevant industry experience
