Ascendion is looking for an Alliance Operations (Project Management) expert to manage the operations for big partners like Azure, AWS, GCP and Salesforce.

Qualifications/Experience:

  • 3-6+ years of experience working with Strategic Alliances teams or Partner Channels in the technology industry
  • Understanding of and familiarity with Partner programs of companies like Microsoft, Google Cloud, AWS, and Salesforce.
  • Ability to navigate the partner programs and map the various requirements as well as offers related to sales and enablement.
  • Aspiration to grow into an Alliance Management role.
  • Inclusive and collaborative - driving teamwork and cross-team alignment
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills with a high degree of comfort
  • Challenger mentality leveraging internal and/or external resources, conflict resolution, and follow through
  • Experience with technology platforms and solutions with a reasonable level of technical proficiency
  • Bachelor's degree required (Sales, Marketing, Business Operations)

Roles & responsibilities:

  • Track Certifications and ensure they are updated in Partner Portal
  • Track Deals and Register new deals in the Partner portal
  • Ensure Partner portal requirements are met
  • Keep offerings in the Partner Market Place (wherever relevant) up to date.
  • Leverage existing and new programs launched by Partners to drive growth.
  • Tracking any rebates and marketing investments and ensuring Ascendion is leveraging and claiming the earned benefits on time.
