- Manage incoming/outgoing mail and courier services.
- Schedule and prepare meeting rooms.
- Maintain office supplies and place orders as needed.
- Assist with filing, documentation, and HR/admin tasks.
- Act as a liaison between departments and external contacts.
- Support event planning and internal communications.
- Handle general inquiries and provide timely responses.
