Senior Executive - Ad Ops

As a Senior Executive - Adops at WPP Media, you will play a vital role in our Advertising Operations team. Your main responsibility will be to set up, execute, and deliver digital campaigns effectively. You will collaborate with internal teams and external partners to ensure the successful delivery of campaign objectives. Your expertise in ad serving systems and enthusiasm for emerging technologies will be essential to deliver exceptional media solutions. Key Responsibilities: - Own the set-up, management, and execution of top accounts, ensuring 100% accuracy and exceeding client expectations. - Monitor campaign delivery, troubleshoot any issues, and escalate to third-party vendors when necessary. - Provide guidance to team members on improving operational processes and supporting systems. - Consult with clients on campaign setup, site tagging, and web technologies to meet their needs. Qualifications Required: - Minimum 2 years of experience in Advertising Operations with knowledge of ad serving, DCM, preferably from an agency background. - Strong ability to learn new concepts, excellent communication and organizational skills. - Proficient in problem-solving, detail-oriented, and able to make data-driven decisions. - Advanced Excel skills, knowledge of Google Docs is a plus.
