Role & responsibilities

ey Responsibilities

• Lead or assist in planning, execution, and completion of

  Statutory Audits

  for corporates, LLPs, and firms in accordance with

  Ind AS

  and

  Companies Act, 2013

  .
• Prepare and review

  financial statements

  , including notes and schedules, as per

  Schedule III

  .

• Ensure compliance with

  CARO

  ,

  SA (Standards on Auditing)

  , and other relevant audit requirements.

• Execute audit procedures on core areas such as:
• Revenue & Expenses
• Cash & Bank
• Trade Receivables & Payables
• Fixed Assets including ROUs and Leases
• Borrowings, Investments, and Equity
• Review internal controls and prepare

  RCMs

  , risk assessments, and test of controls.
• Draft

  audit reports

  ,

  management letters

  , and

  observations

  with practical recommendations.
• Coordinate with client management and audit teams for timely completion and resolution of queries.

• Mentor and guide junior team members, review their work, and provide technical support.

Maintain documentation and ensure audit quality in line with firms policies

Notice Period:- Immediate to 15 days
