Senior Executive

Role & responsibilities:

• Coordinate and manage day-to-day operational activities for corporate health and wellness programs
  
• Liaise with internal departments (e.g., pharmacy, diagnostics, logistics) to ensure smooth service execution
  
• Track, manage, and report key operational metrics including SLAs and customer satisfaction
  
• Handle escalations and resolve operational issues proactively
  
• Ensure accurate documentation and compliance with company policies and external regulations
  
• Assist in planning and executing health camps, wellness drives, and on-site activities for corporate clients
  
• Identify areas of improvement and contribute to process optimization initiatives
  

Preferred candidate profile:

• Graduate with 1-2 years of relevant experience in operations, preferably in healthcare or wellness services
  
• Excellent communication, coordination, and stakeholder management skills
  
• Strong problem-solving abilities with a proactive attitude
  
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
  
• Ability to multitask and manage timelines in a dynamic environment
  
• Willingness to travel locally or between sites, as required
