Senior ETP Operator

1)ETP Operation & Monitoring

• Operate pumps, valves, blowers, dosing systems, and other ETP equipment.
• Monitor flow rate, pH, TDS, COD, BOD, DO, etc., regularly.
• Carry out regular sampling and testing of wastewater and treated water.
• Maintain logs of daily plant operations and chemical consumption. 2)Preventive & Corrective Maintenance
• Perform routine checks and minor maintenance of ETP equipment.
• Report any abnormality or equipment failure to the supervisor immediately.
• Assist in breakdown maintenance and servicing of machines. 3)Housekeeping & Safety
• Maintain cleanliness of the ETP area.
• Follow all safety practices and wear proper PPE.
• Handle chemicals safely during dosing and storage. 4)Compliance & Documentation
• Maintain daily logbook, meter readings, and test records.
• Support EHS audits and visits by regulatory authorities.
• Ensure disposal of sludge and waste as per norms.

Skills Required:

• Basic understanding of wastewater treatment processes (physical, chemical, biological).
• Ability to operate mechanical and electrical equipment.
• Awareness of ETP safety and environmental compliance.
• Record-keeping and reporting.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Up to ₹20,000.00 per month
