Senior Engineering Manager / Senior Tech Fellow

Role Overview: At Visteon, you will be part of a global technology leader in the mobility space, shaping the future and enabling a cleaner environment. As a leader of disruptive change in the automotive industry, you will work on building cross-functional and cross-cultural teams to lead the AUTOSAR software development teams for display product line. Key Responsibilities: - Lead the AUTOSAR BSW development for the Display product line, focusing on end-to-end delivery and quality. - Provide technical leadership and guidance to software development teams, ensuring the building of technical competencies within the team. - Analyze and develop design solutions based on system/software requirements and software architecture, translating them into high-level and detailed designs. - Consult with internal teams and customers to propose innovative and business-aligned solutions, providing estimations meeting customer requirements. - Specify architectural and design requirements, conduct Proof of Concepts (POC) for new designs, and refine software architecture and design during implementation. - Review detailed designs to conform to the architecture and continuously review the architecture for improvements and reusability across projects. - Lead Scrum leads and technical engineers indirectly, identifying and developing high performers while maintaining technical reviews of design/code/test cases to ensure product and process quality. - Demonstrate collaboration, effective communication, stakeholder management, and adaptability to change in achieving department goals successfully. Qualifications Required: - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or related field. - Minimum of 8 years of experience in software development, with a focus on AUTOSAR BSW development. - Strong expertise in AUTOSAR architecture, software design, and development processes. - Proven experience in leading software development teams and driving technical competencies. - Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
