Job Description

You need to be a HODLer of theseCore Technical Skills Strong programming in Go (primary), with experience in Java/Scala/Python
Expertise in distributed systems, microservices, event-driven architectures
Hands-on with real-time streaming (Kafka, Flink, Pulsar, Spark Streaming)
Deep knowledge of databases: NoSQL (Cassandra, DynamoDB, MongoDB, ScyllaDB, Bigtable)
SQL (Postgres, MySQL)
Experience with caching & in-memory compute (Redis, Aerospike, Memcached)
Exposure to financial systems (ledgering, reconciliation, reporting) fintech/crypto a strong plus
Execution & Problem-Solving Skills Proven track record of building scalable, low-latency, high-throughput systems
Ability to translate ambiguous finance/risk problems into robust technical solutions
Obsessed with accuracy, reliability, and customer trust metrics
Strong sense of ownership and accountability, delivers outcomes under pressure
You will be mining through these tasks Managing end-to-end product development and delivery Owning the technical architecture and leading the engineering decisions for the product Collaborating with designers, developers, growth managers, and product managers to estimate and plan projects in an Agile environment Leading a team of engineers, mentoring them and motivating them to solve complex problems
