Job Description

In this role, your responsibilities will include designing and testing new equipment, processes, procedures, and systems. You will be involved in installing and proving assembly line setups and making layout improvements using AutoCAD. Responding to breakdowns and identifying opportunities to enhance process efficiency will also be part of your tasks. Additionally, you will prepare PFMEA and SOP, provide support to NPD and other localization projects, and conduct an SPC study for new equipment and machines. As a manufacturing junior engineer/engineer supporting NPD products and process improvements, you will be accountable for designing and testing equipment, processes, procedures, and systems. Your role will entail installing new equipment and ensuring its smooth integration into production. It will be essential for you to identify and execute initiatives that enhance process effectiveness. Your ability to make significant progress while maintaining composure even in uncertain situations will be vital. To excel in this role, you should possess a minimum of 3-5 years of proven experience in Manufacturing Engineering (MED/PED). Proficiency in manufacturing engineering process establishment, PFMEA, SOP, SPC, Control Plan, etc., along with expertise in Automation, PLC, SCADA, etc., will be required. Knowledge of GD&T, jigs, fixtures, etc., is also essential. Preferred qualifications that can set you apart include a Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Electrical, Mechanical, Automation Engineering, or related fields. Proficiency in MS Office Suites like Excel, Word, and PowerPoint is preferred, with AutoCAD skills being mandatory.
