Senior Engineer/Design Engineer/Non-Prescriptive Product Designer

As a Senior Engineer/Design Engineer at L&T Energy-Carbonlite Solutions Knowledge City Vadodara, your role involves stress analysis and design of Air and Flue gas ducting for sub critical/super critical Boilers/Thermal Power Plant projects using STAAD Pro or similar software. Your key responsibilities include: - Preparation of design sketches, design inputs, and design data for the modelling team. - Coordinating with the Detailing/Modelling Team for technical clarifications and input drawings necessary for the preparation of 3D Models and shop drawings. - Understanding shop drawings, checking Fabrication drawings, and erection drawings independently. - Experience in preparing technical specifications for the design and detailing of Air and Flue gas ducts. - Controlling the schedule for the release of duct detailing drawings to the shop/site. - Preparing technical specifications and coordinating for Dampers, Expansion joints, Slide support, and Hangers. - Familiarity with Duct 3D-modelling skills will be advantageous. - Coordinating with the shop/site team for Air and Duct Fabrication/Erection work. - Handling R&M works of Air and Flue gas ducts. - Independently managing assignments, ensuring schedule adherence and accuracy of deliverables. - Possessing good communication skills and a collaborative work attitude.
