Job Description

Role & responsibilities

Assistant Manager-

End to End Project management for ongoing projects.
Monitoring projects at the organization level through reporting project engineers.
Working closely with promoters, Architects, Structural designers, End users and the Site team.
Taking care of the commercials of the project.
Planning and forecasting production plans for factories and sub contractors in line with vendor deliveries concerning site progress.

Senior Engineer-

Project Planning, monitoring and controlling in line with the Project schedule.
Contract finalizing with customers, architects and structural teams.
Understanding complete technical requirements and drawings, end to end project and contract handling with commercials of the project.
Claim handling with customer and subcontractor.

Preferred candidate profile

Required Experience

Assistant Manager- 8-12 years

Senior Engineer- 6-8 years

Qualification

BE/BTech-Civil / MTech-Civil
