Job Description

Structural Engineers

Key Responsibilities

Design, review, and implement
structural and MEP systems
for residential projects.
Prepare and interpret
structural drawings, MEP layouts, and design specifications
.
Use
AutoCAD
and relevant design software to draft and model structural/MEP elements.
Collaborate with architects, contractors, and project teams to ensure design feasibility.
Ensure compliance with building codes, safety regulations, and quality standards.
Conduct
site visits
to monitor progress, verify design implementation, and resolve issues.
Provide innovative and cost-effective solutions for efficient project execution.

Requirements

Bachelors degree in
Civil Engineering
(specialization in Structural / MEP preferred).
13 years of experience
as a Structural Engineer or MEP Engineer.
Proficiency in
AutoCAD
, structural design tools, and MEP drafting.
Strong understanding of
structural analysis, design principles, and MEP systems
.
Ability to prepare accurate
structural drawings and MEP layouts
.
Good communication and coordination skills.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience working on
residential construction projects
.
Familiarity with modern construction practices and standards.
